Marisa, after seeing your video I thought I would mention the chi cycle which enables you to optimise the health of your organs by honoring & abiding by their inherent energy cycles throughout the day. I have been reading a book by Jost Sauer, a Queenslander who has been heavily promoting it. So much so an article on the chi cycle wound up in the Living Now magazine annual in full due to popular demand. He is on the internet & I will say it has done a lot for me. I have noticed quantum boosts to my day & it has changed my life.
