A lesson from my cat about positive environments and healing

Happy New Year and here’s to a great 2014. So everything you created last year was because of all your experiences, all of the people you were around, all of the energy and all of your thoughts. Everything accumulates and then manifests.  This year, be mindful of creating positive energy and being around people who support you, eat good food and practice things that bring you peace.

I’ve got Warney here. Warney is about 3 and a half years old, and he is a perfect example.

You become what you have been around, and you become your environment. He has never been hit or abused. He has just been loved. I have another cat Midnite who kisses him also.  He has become a very loving, calm, de-stressed kitty cat. He now believes life is great. He believes life treats him well, and that everybody will treat him well also. He has become peaceful.

So for 2014 choose things. Ask yourself is this nurturing,  is this assisting me to go forward? Put yourself first because if it costs you too much, you need to say no. Of course, there is always compromise in relationships, in the work environment, etc.

Use your integrity. Use that feeling you have to guide you on whether to go forward or not or to have a connection, or a relationship. That inner guidance, that GPS system that is naturally inbuilt in you, will take you to your greatness.
